How to choose right keyword match types in Ad-words

Firstly, you need to choose a Keyword then understanding keyword match types is necessary to run a successful Ad-words campaign. Keywords search is the most appropriate relevant ads to a wide audience or exact match to specific results for relevant customers.

Keywords and match types has become more complicated over the years, yet its mastery is also critical to PPC advertising success. We actually consider Pay Per Click to be one of our favorite internet marketing tools, but in order to use it effectively you NEED to understand the different keyword match types!

First of all website is mandatory but a alone website is not going to attract the business you are looking for. There are lots of things to bring more traffic to your website and one of the best or most effective ways to do that is with Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing.

There are four keywords match types & how keyword match types work:-

1. Broad Match – Broad match allows your ad to show on similar phrases and close variations of the keyword. Close variations include misspellings, singular and plural forms, acronyms, stemming’s, abbreviations, and accents. This is the default match type that allows your ad to reach the widest audience.

For Example: A broad match for “luxury hotel suites” will show your ad for “luxury apartments”, “luxury cars”, “top Asian hotel suites”, and so on.

2. Broad Match Modifier – Similar to broad match with the “+” sign must appear in the user’s search exactly or as a close variant, such as misspellings, singular/plural forms, abbreviations and acronyms, and stemming’s.

For Example: A modified broad match type for +luxury +hotel +suites may also show on searches for keywords such as luxury hotels, luxury sweets, and luxurious hotel.

3. Phrase Match – Phrase match allows your ad to show for searches that include the exact phrase and possibly close variations includes other words as well.

For Example: A phrase match type for “luxury hotel suites” will show your ad for luxury hotel suites for sale, luxury hotel suites for rent”, and so on.

4. Exact Match – Exact match is the most specific and restrictive of the keyword match types. Allows your ad to show for searches that match the exact phrase exclusively in that order, no other words.

For Example: A Exact match type for “luxury hotel suites” will show your ad only for luxury hotel suites.
